REFUND POLICY

Please email info@odysseyhempextracts.com if there are any issues or defects with the SEALED AND UNOPENED product you received and we’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase.

If you are interested in returning your SEALED AND UNOPENED product within 14 days of receiving it, please follow our return process below. **Please note that we are not able to accept a returned product that has been opened or used**

1) Email info@odysseyhempextracts.com to alert us that you will be returning your UNOPENED product.

2) Within 14 days of receiving your product, ship the unopened product back to the return shipping address on your package – please also email the tracking number to info@odysseyhempextracts.com.

3) Once we receive your package and confirm its unopened condition, we will issue a refund and email you a refund confirmation. Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 3-7 business days.

SHIPPING DETAILS

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) via Priority Mail. Shipping is free whether you purchase one (1) Oil Product or many. Orders received before 1 pm EST Monday-Saturday will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm EST or on Sunday will ship the following day. Priority mail will usually get our product to your doorstep within 2-4 business days depending on where you are located in the US. You will receive tracking information via the email you provide within 24-48 hours of your order shipping. Sorry, we do not accept international orders at this time.
